CVEC's three-phase development plan: Phase 1 delivers a 75,000 sqft creator hub with co-working space, podcast studios, LED walls, and post-production facilities. Phase 2 adds purpose-built virtual production and traditional soundstages. Phase 3 completes the full entertainment campus — 165,000+ square feet by 2028.
